Agree if you aren't reading Renew Economy you should be. They are far and away the best way of understanding both that the grid in Australia is really complex and where the issues are. If Australians spent just one hour a week reading their articles or listening to their podcasts our politicians would not be able to present policies that make no sense in the Australian grid and would be able to present better policy because people would know basic stuff like the solar duck curve. Because if you understand the duck curve you know what kind of things we need more of and what's a bad fit.

If you want to hear what Rawlinson actually said - he is interested in a clear metric which makes the attraction to EVs overpowering - listen to the webcast. Sadly, nothing in this vlog tells you anything about the content in that webcast. I don't believe the Viking has even listened to the webcast.
